Let the training begin!

Today marks the day we begin the serious training for the Atlanta Santa Speedo Run.  And when I say serious, I mean, no more Halloween Candy.  I haven't had a Milky Way in 12 hours and I just may have a meltdown.

How does one train to run in a speedo in December to raise money to send kids with serious illnesses to Disney World?  I couldn't find an article in Men's Health to schedule it out so it's up every morning at 6 to go to the gym, P90X Yoga, lots of water, crunches, and practice runs with the speedo...under gym shorts...and maybe sweat pants.
